Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and sealed in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened or used makeup.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the delivery costs.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to your IBAN.
