Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Saudi Arabia and to the GCC: United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Delivery times

• Riyadh: next business day
• Other cities in Saudi Arabia: 2–4 business days
• GCC countries: 5–7 business days

Delivery fees

• Saudi Arabia: SAR 25, free on orders of SAR 150 or more
• GCC countries: SAR 49
• Cash on delivery (Saudi Arabia only): flat SAR 30 fee, which replaces the delivery charge

All prices include 15% VAT for deliveries within Saudi Arabia.

Tracking

When your order ships we send a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also follow it from My Account.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery details carefully. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

Failed delivery

If the courier can't reach you after two attempts, the order returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Returns & exchange

7-day returns

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, sealed and in its original packaging. This follows the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Hygiene

For your safety, makeup that has been opened, swatched or used can't be returned or exchanged unless it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover all delivery costs.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@rnobeauty.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return and arrange a courier collection.

Return delivery costs

If you change your mind, the return delivery cost is deducted from your refund. If the mistake was ours, the return is free.

Exchanges

Unused, sealed products can be exchanged for another shade of equal value, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and order history. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we never store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates and, if you agree, share new products and offers.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with delivery companies, payment providers (Moyasar, Tabby, Tamara), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising, and service providers who help us run the store. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and remember your language. We also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how our site is used and to measure our ads. You can choose “Essential only” in the cookie banner, or change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. When you view a product, add it to your bag or place an order, we share details of that action with Meta Platforms, such as the product, order value, your IP address and browser information. When you place an order or are signed in, we may also share your email, mobile number, name and city in hashed (encrypted) form, so Meta can match the visit or order to a Facebook or Instagram account. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show relevant ads. We do not share your full address or payment details with Meta.

If you choose “Essential only”, we pause the Meta Pixel and stop sharing your browsing on our site with Meta. Some order confirmations may still be shared to measure ad results. You can also manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and read Meta’s privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing info@rnobeauty.com. We handle personal data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we'll refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. Tabby and Tamara plans are subject to their own terms.

Promotions

Promo codes apply once per customer unless stated, can't be combined, and have no cash value. GLOW10 gives 10% off a first order.

Product use

Our products are for external cosmetic use only. Patch test before first use and stop using if irritation occurs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
